Gai Nijimura is the father of Part 4's Nijimura brothers, and the user of The Tyde. He is an agent of Dio, working as a scouter and recruiter for other stand users.
Once Dio dies, and by the events of Part 4, Dio's spore turns him into an unkillable monster.
