"There are six of them in all. This special corps is loyal to their master, but have their own will and vary in personality. Each has the power of a normal human, and damage is split between them." (In-Game Description)
"Taciturn, mature, and even a bit snobbish. A complex person who is tough to figure out, in part because they have trouble speaking their mind. You often get down in the dumps and are easily manipulated, but are profoundly empathetic, and the pain of others is your pain as well." (Personality Evaluation)
Base Stats[]
In addition to these base stats, the Stand itself gives a bonus of Power/Durability +2.

Specials is a reasonably strong short-range Stand whose main advantage comes from its unique status effect, which can be inflicted with several of its attacks. However, it has a lack of attacks that hit beyond short range, and may have to rely on the Specials status for any consistent damage. This issue may be fixed later in the game, however, with skills like Pinpoint Shot that can be obtained from party members.
Moveset[]
Specials' normal attack is short-range, physical, hits all enemies, has a basic hit rate of 90%, and has a 5% chance of inflicting Specials status.
The normal attack, Lonely Crowd, All Agent Attack, and Trap Carnival inflict Specials status, which is unique to Specials. It reduces the enemy's accuracy by 20%, halves all of an enemy's stats while affected, and inflicts 10% of max HP +1 worth of damage.
