The dialogue during the car ride at the beginning will change depending on the player's Stand. Ocean Blue, Carpenters, Red Garland, and Specials have unique dialogue having to do with the Stand itself.

Events

Beat Up Every Last One Of Them!

At the teahouse, an event will occur, and the group (minus Kakyoin) will attempt to fight all of the cafe patrons. You can choose to stop them, or leave them, in which case your bad karma will go up. If you choose to stop them, there will be extra dialogue if your Stand is Cardigans or Howlin' Wolf.

Protect the Girl!

If the protagonist is afraid of heights, there will be extra dialogue during this scene.

Before the battle with Wheel of Fortune, you'll be prompted to either choose a party (rather, to choose one member who won't be in the party) or have Jotaro fight alone. Choose the former to start a battle - if Jotaro is in the party, you'll have the option to end the battle with BrainStorm. On the 6th turn, a variety of events can occur depending on your Stand (as long as the protagonist is in the party, of course):

If you have Ocean Blue or Crazy Diamond, you'll get an event that defeats Wheel of Fortune instantly, while still providing EXP and items.
If you have Deep Purple, there will be another short event, and the party will not be inflicted with OnFire status.
If you have Caravan, some SP will be consumed, but you will not be inflicted with OnFire status.

If you choose to leave it to Jotaro, you'll fight the boss with only him in the party, but the version fought will have less HP and will not inflict OnFire.
