Baron Will Zeppeli is an optional recruitable party member in 7th Stand User.
Plot[]
Baron Zeppeli only appears if the player chooses to pursue the Dark Ending, Sacrifice Ending, or the Exchange Ending. During this you will be called to a Morgue by Alicia and Berlin, who request you to form a team of Ripple Users they "resurrected" from the dead. This, of course, includes Baron Zeppeli. After defeating Dio, Zeppeli departs for the afterlife once more.

In addition to these base stats, Zeppeli's Ripple also grants him a passive +2 boost in Power, Durability, Spirit and Speed. He also possesses an innate 30% critical hit rate.

Overall, Baron Zeppeli's stats are pretty average, with the main appealing factor to using him being his high SP, his variety of Ripple abilities, especially the powerful True S.Y. Overdrive, and strong normal attack. The player should also keep in mind that Zeppeli is AI-controlled, and thus you cannot control him.
